FAQs About The Cute White Truck
Can I drive the truck myself?
Short answer, no. Henrietta is always driven by a member of our team. She’s a 1962 manual transmission and a little quirky, so we keep her safe and running smoothly by handling the driving ourselves.
Do you only serve Flagstaff?
Nope! While we’re based in Flagstaff, we travel throughout Arizona including to Phoenix, Tucson, and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
What's included in the price?
Every booking includes the truck (clean and photo-ready), delivery, placement, on-site support, and little personal touches (sometimes I bring bread or eggs, always good vibes). For film/commercial shoots, pricing is project-based.
What if it rains?
We go rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. The truck photographs beautifully in moody weather too. If rescheduling is needed due to extreme weather, we do our best to accommodate.
What if I don't know how I want to use the truck yet?
That’s okay! We love chatting through ideas. Reach out and we can talk about what you’re envisioning—or help you figure it out. We want the experience to feel fun and easy.
Who's behind The Cute White Truck?
Hi! I'm Maggie. I own and run The Cute White Truck with help from my family. I used to work in fire service and now I run a few creative businesses. This one brings me joy and community. I show up to most bookings personally!
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can! We book up quickly, especially in spring and fall. Some clients book 6+ months out. If you're last-minute, still reach out (if we can make it work, we will).
Can we decorate the truck?
Yes within reason! You can bring florals, signage, props, or décor. Just no paint, adhesives, or anything that could damage the finish. We can also help brainstorm setup ideas.
Do you work with planners and photographers?
Absolutely. We love collaborating with creatives and event pros to bring your vision to life. We communicate clearly and show up on time—we get it.
Can I use the truck for product or brand shoots?
Yes! We work with western brands, small business owners, and creatives who want to elevate their content. The truck is especially great for showcasing lifestyle products and storytelling-driven visuals.
What kind of shoots is the truck available for?
Henrietta is available for weddings, styled shoots, content days, film and commercial projects, family portraits, senior photos, maternity sessions, and more. If you can dream it, we’ll try to make it happen.
How does delivery work?
We trailer the truck to your shoot or venue, unload her on-site, and help get her placed perfectly. Our team stays nearby to move her if needed or troubleshoot. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Can I see the truck in person before I book?
Sometimes, yes! If you're local to Flagstaff or we happen to be in your area, we may be able to arrange a quick meet-up. Otherwise, we have tons of photos to share so you can feel confident.
Is the truck usable for film (moving shots)?
Yes! Henrietta can be driven on camera by a team member. If your production wants someone else to drive her, we require a signed liability agreement and proof of manual transmission experience.
Does the truck run?
She sure does! Henrietta may be vintage, but she gets where she needs to go. She is trailered to all locations to keep her in good condition, but yes—she runs beautifully and photographs in motion if needed.
